The CDs below were produced from mostly live recordings that Kay Ortmans-Pawley composed and improvised in the l950s, 60s and 70s as people came to work with her.  As the founder of Well-Springs and an internationally recognized authority on Relaxation, she taught in schools and universities in Canada, England and the United States.  With her training  at the Royal Academy of Music and Movement schools in London and Germany, she was later invited to conduct radio programs in classrooms throughout Canada.  She composed the music, wrote the scripts and narrated the broadcasts and in 1949 received a Canadian National Radio Award for her outstanding contribution to radio.
The Relax and Rebound principle on which the Well-Springs program is based continues to be the foundation upon which it is offered at Intensives, Trainings and varieties of workshops.
