May 20-22, 2005

The Well-Springs Program, one of the most powerful transformational processes offered today, originated in the early 1950s through the inspiration of Kay Ortmans, a pioneer in the Mind-Body-Spirit movement in America.  The Program uses a synthesis of classical music, movement, meditation, creative arts, journaling and the Alignment-through-Music massage that are pivotal in our healing process.  As we drop off old habit patterns, we then can be lifted into our next spiral of consciousness in a state of joyous freedom.

Recent research reports the benefits of music and the arts on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

This Intensive is for you if you are experiencing sadness, fear, hurt or setbacks of any kind.  Or perhaps you need to revitalize your energy and to experience more fun and laughter.  Or maybe you need hours toward Well-Springs Program facilitator/trainer certification.

Well-Springs Intensive
May 30 - June 1, 2003
Facilitated by Pat Kinnamon
Springbank Spirituality Center
Kingstree, South Carolina

The Well-Springs Program embodies a dynamic process to nurture while developing the whole person.  The vision of this work came through its founder, Kay Ortmans-Pawley in the mid fifties and is as applicable to our needs today or maybe more so.  Change and growth into wholeness takes place through classical music, movement, meditation (tuning in), creative arts, journaling and alignment through music (massage).  Powerful music reaches into the depths of our inner world and draws out old habit patterns, hurts, and negativity of any kind.  As a result we open to our creativity, our gifts, and to a "knowingness" of our true nature.

AS FOR ME (Pat Kinnamon) PERSONALLY:
I discovered and developed my capabilities to express my true self and trust the wisdom of my own body.  Tuning into Source, the primary principle upon which this body of work was founded, continues to give me inspiration and guidance as I practice, teach and direct the Well-Springs Experience.

WHAT OTHERS SAY:
"The power struggle of the past dissipated" -- Barbara

"After my alignment I took a long walk.  My senses were so alert as I looked, listened, touched, smelled and tasted the beauty around me.  What Joy and Happiness!  --Barb

"The music swelled and I could dance again."  –Frances

YOU WILL BE DRAWN TO THIS INTENSIVE-
*If you desire something more,  Well-Springs offers tools to jump-start your life.
*If you are suffering heartache and pain, you can find release and freedom.
*If you are looking for relaxation, renewal and more joy, this program is a fit
*If you are a facilitator trainee, experiential learning and training go hand in hand.
*If you desire trainer certification, your participation gives you 16 contact hours.
AND
*New!!! If you are a licensed massage therapist in South Carolina, CEUs are now offered.

YOUR INVITATION
We are all a part of the emerging, purposeful conscious evolution, so I invite you to come create together sacred circle as we claim wholeness and peace for ourselves.  Collectively we then dance and embrace wholeness and peace for our whole world.
