Come walk the labyrinth and receive...
Peace....Clarity....Inspiration

The Labyrinth is an ancient symbol found in many cultures. It can be used as a spiritual tool, working with the unconscious, tapping into one's creativity. Walking the Labyrinth can bring clarity and reveal insights concerning your life's journey. Let go of any expectations, allowing what is to transpire during your sacred journey upon the labyrinth and just 'be'. Quieting the mind, centering and grounding yourself, accessing the wisdom within, these are some of the gifts the labyrinth offers. So, walk as you are, you are always welcome. Entering the gateway, journeying within, you become empowered and transformed in body, mind and spirit.

Our labyrinth is a representation of an ancient Cretan seven circuit labyrinth. As you walk the chamomile path the scent permeates the air. Used in monasteries during ancient times chamomile creates an atmosphere for peaceful meditation. Surrounded by flowering gardens, the scent of herbs fill the air, bathed with heavenly scents this sacred space reveals a beautiful view of the mountains.

The Labyrinth is available for personal or group walks.

I have a petite-chartes seven-circuit labyrinth made of canvas. The canvas is approximately 25 feet in diameter. If you are interested in having the labyrinth walk available for one of your workshops or retreats please call 831-460-1901 or email grace@well-springs.org

Sacred Circle Dance

People have danced together in community since the beginning of time. We dance to celebrate the seasons, the rites of passage in our lives, such as weddings and births. To celebrate the sacred in everyday life.

I use a variety of music from many cultures. Some of the dances are traditional, as well as newly choreographed dances to contemporary music.

I am available to facilitate a dance circle to celebrate birthdays, weddings, and just being together honoring the people in our lives, growing and supporting one another in community.

Grace has been involved with Well-Springs since 1986 primarily working with women's and children's groups. Well-Springs uses a variety of tools in helping to transform one's emotions, freeing the spirit, tapping into one's intuition and creativity. Allowing the music to permeate not only through the sense of hearing but to enter at a cellular level of our being, transformation can occur bringing deep peace and healing. Bathed in the colors of the fabrics we let our imaginations soar, tapping into the subconscious, awakening that which has been dormant or covered over with the busyness of life . Moving out that which  no longer serves us, we make space for who we are becoming. Intuitively putting colors onto paper, continually moving with the music, letting it dance from your fingers onto the paper, your inner drawings and symbols come into being. They emerge  from your inner landscape, your inner wisdom surfacing, shedding light upon your path. Listening to the music, pictures may come to mind, words of inspiration may surface. We journal as our insights arise. During our time together we have created a sacred space, honoring each person and their life's journey. Come, be renewed and inspired to live your passion.

Grace and Denby Adamson  lead workshops for children. Our program with the children consists of:

Music Appreciation
Creative movement to classical and world music

Listening to the dynamics of the music, rhythm, phrasing and catching the accents with our movements

Art Expression
Process oriented art expression, freeing children from their critical minds to release their creativity.

Encouraging art as a way of releasing tension, emotions and for self-discovery instead of worrying about the end product
and how it looks.

Interpersonal Relationships
Moving  in and out of small spaces without touching others; respecting other  peoples boundaries
Learning to respond with consideration for others, (how would I like people to respond to me?)
Non-judgmental sharing and listening techniques
Learning to speak your feelings, while also developing trust within the group
Listening to others attentively without having to respond

Intrapersonal Skills
Through self-expression the students learn about themselves with opportunities to express who they are, what they feel, and how they perceive the world.

Grace and Denby are  available to lead one-day workshops or week-end retreats for spiritual and physical renewal.
